Radish Dip
– Fresh and Healthy –

In this occasion we are going to work with an ingredient that is not used as much in the Mexican food “the radish”. Although it is not widely used, you may still find it in pozoles, in salads and of course that in this dip.

The radish dip is a very fresh and natural mixture – perfect to serve in the summer months, when the heat is intense and lighter dishes are desired.

The spicy and very distinctive flavor of the radish is always present in the dip, although it is tempered with the creaminess of the mayonnaise, the sourness of the lime juice and the softness of the yogurt. Obtaining an interesting and tasty mixture, ideal for snacking.

This tasty dip can be eaten with some tortilla chips, crackers, vegetable sticks, etc. But it can also be used as dressing of a tasty salad or accompanying a dish with tuna.
