  • 2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo (1 oz)
  • 8 Tomatillos (14.1 oz)
  • 1/4 of an Onion (1.2 oz)
  • 1 Garlic clove (.1 oz)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon of Salt

  • 1 Saucepan
  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Kitchen Spoon
  • 1 Turner

  • Directions

    Perform some Activities

    1. Put in a saucepan:
    • 8 Tomatillos.
    • The enough Water to cover the tomatillos.

    1. Bring the saucepan water to a boil over high heat.
    2. Leave the tomatillos cooking in the boiling water for about 5 minutes, until they turn to a lighter color.

    2. When the chipotle pepper and tomatillo salsa boils reduce to medium-low heat and cook it for about 5 minutes, until it thickens a little and acquires a more intense color; stir occasionally.
