- The avocado dip is prepared with 1 serrano pepper to give a slight touch of hotness and freshness. If you want to reduce the hotness of your dip just use 1/2 serrano pepper.
- Use fresh coriander in this dip so it will have more flavor and more aroma.

- Finely chop 1 coriander sprig, then reserve.
- Remove the seeds and the veins of 1 serrano pepper, then put it in a blender.
- Also add in the blender:
- The Pulp of 2 Avocados.
- The juice of 1 Lime.
- 1 Cream Cheese bar.
- 1/4 tablespoon of Salt.
The lime is the perfect companion of the avocado because it helps to prevent it from oxidizing and it gives a sour touch that contrasts with the avocado’s flavor. |
- Blend very well the ingredients.
- Pour in a bowl the mixture that was blended.
- Sprinkle over the avocado dip the coriander that was minced.
